@Assurbanipal_II
by going with the popular definition and not looking in the dictionary like a loser:

- rule is something we or someone above us agree on, if we break them we get punished. like "you have to say Uno when you have one card, if not you have to buy x cards."

- law is like a rule, but more severe. you wouldn't call "you have to say Uno" a law.

- norm is an unspoken rule, like women have to be "feminine" and men have to be "masculine". there's no real definitive punishment except bad looks and getting outcasted.

umm yeah ?

:blob_cookie: Your definitions already show the overarching problem, the majority perceive law only in terms of "punishment" and "consequences" without considering the wider implications. A bit like many harbour a deep distrust against the state and anything federal.

That is how so many arrive at wrong conclusion that law is what the ones above say. :blob_happy:

:blob_happy: Not at all. The purpose of law is society. Only society has a need for law.

:blob_joy: It is just that those who are on the application side usually dislike it, but such is understandable.

it's crystal clear pepsi that he sees himself as a god
in my opinion, anyone who sees themselves as a godly being or above humans, is wrong and evil.

in a literal sense they're the same thing said in different perspectives, I guess?
one implies that you're better than them because of who you are and the other implies that they're worse than you because of who they are

No you aren't. It's just funny how it's common to see others that do things you don't like as human.
