Went to my surgeon today, they said while I have a small hernia it doesn’t include any bowels and cannot be the cause of my vomiting. So now I am back to the diagnostic stage for that…

Just woke up from a 11-12 hour sleep. Don’t think I had a single dream where I was not fighting tooth in nail to save myself or my family from death...

Insomnia, my worst friend. Met you when I was 8 and have rarely slept well since.
Tried to go to sleep for an hour but couldn’t. Gonna try again, laying in roughly the same position for an hour doing nothing but spiral on your current medical issues, is quite annoying when you aren’t asleep though imo.
My memory has been shot over the past few days. Finished eating an hour and abit, if the past weeks stand as a reference, I must sit for another 20 or so minutes.
Went to the hospital because I found a weird bump that moved when pressed while standing, they say it’s probably a hernia. Am waiting for X-ray results atm.
The sky is yellow, thunder is booming. I just got an alert, a tornado warning.

While it isn’t as bad as 2024 year, I have been vomiting at least twice a day for the past 2 weeks….
Just woke up. In my dream I was told to give up on everything by my family. Refused ran out of home with nothing but my underwear, joined a demon hunting group, went to a mall with the group, floated everywhere instead of walking, felt an eerie atmosphere, got bitten on my finger by a child that transformed into a giant, and burned everything around me with fire. Then I was awoken by my phone going off.
New music of mine, microwaving popcorn. Pain to upload to YouTube, will probably do it sometime today or tomorrow.
