    user came here to complain, that they prefer a post to be formatted some certain way. So I asked. Give me your template, I'll see what i can do for you. Then another member had to explain. Because apparently I didn't ask the sentence in her (secret) preferred format? she can't tell me what the format she wants is. So if they can't tell me what they want, how can I give it to them even if I wanted to.
