  • Get off of technology, specifically social media for a few weeks.
  • See if you're deficient in any vitamins such as C, D, B1, K, Magnesium, iron, potassium, fish oil, etc. and get your levels back up as needed.
  • Go outside and enjoy nature without any distractions for at least half an hour each day if possible.
  • Try eating less sugar and try homemade foods with veggies and protein. I suggest a crock pot Irish dinner using cabbage, potatoes, carrots, corned beef, apple cider vinegar, whole garlic cloves, and onion as it can boost vitamin K.
  • Hang out with some people you trust and want to be around maybe once or twice a week.
  • If you have a bunch of hobbies you are trying to work on, try focusing on the most important for now. Making a list in order of important prior can help. If you have no hobbies at the moment then try one that is hands on and can yield near immediate results like wood carving, cooking, swinging a stick sword around, pottery, painting, etc.
  • Understand that the world is not on your shoulders but rather the earth is underfoot, planted there before you ever existed. No problem is too big that is can't be handled nor too small that it should be ignored. Life has been handed to you when nothing else is so accept it as the precious gift it is. Witness the beauty it beholds so that you may discern how you would like to shape what you have been alotted in this time and space. Love yourself, love others as such, and love the One who has given you the ability to experience it.

Thist tbh. But, and as crass as it sounds, orgasms. Orgasms release endorphins, serotonin and more.

When you are at your lowest... Go to a park and watch the kids playing and laughing merrily. Look at their parents... How happy they are just to see their children smiling. At one point, you'll start feeling happy... If not for your messed up life... Then for their smile. You would think, "I should come here often. The world can be beautiful at times." From then on, whenever you find yourself a heavy situation... You'd want to experience something heartwarming. And when you do THAT, my friend, you'll come in contact with inner peace. Some may call this- "a little escape", but it is what it is. Little escapeS can cause you to ACTUALLY escape from the pressure of your daily life.

Or so I believe.

Nah, I'm unfortunately the time to automatically compare things I shouldn't. Comparing my current self to my past self, a past version of me that used to be on top of everything. Makes this kind of method nearly impossible for a rock head like me.

But, I'm not gonna leave that reply open ended. I'm working at it one day at a time. Recently, I narrowed down the source of the medical problem even further. For now, pursuing that is my current copium. I haven't exhausted every option yet, so there is at least that.
