I saw that the game Paralives is finally out.
I've been tempted to buy and play it, but it's in early access 'n all that.
Might just wait awhile, idk.

Little bit hesitant cause Inzoi, the asian Sims was kind of a heavy handed graphics let down among other reasons, like sub-par social shit.

Have you played any life simulation games?
I'm still a huge fan of the Sims, even if they've been bought out by actual corrupt, corporate retards.

In particular, my favorite is the Sims 2.

Of those I only played Sims (4 and 2 I think) and Stardew Valley. I liked Sims, but enjoyed Stardew Valley more. Inzoi had some concerning reviews I think, and what little I saw of Paralives did not impress me. I never cared for Animal Crossing, and don't even know Palia. Oh right, I guess I tried Euro Truck Simulator at some point, but did not stick with it.

You can check Kynseed, in a way you could say it's a more complex Stardew Valley, but I did not get too deep into it yet myself. In particular, the part where characters age and you get to play as your children is what caught my attention.

The last Life Sim game I remember playing was the Sims (the first), so I guess it wins by default. Wait, actually, I just remembered that I played Rune Factory too, which I liked better. I suspect its one of the games Stardew Valley was based on. Other than that, I haven't played any of the games on this list, though I think if I did play it, I'd like SV the most.

Ah yeah, I've played kynseed briefly before but got bored easily.

Another classic game would be Harvest Moon. I love that shit~

It's a tossup between Stardew Valley and Bloodborne (which I notice you didn't put on the list). I'm hoping Welcome to Elderfield will bridge the gap between them when it eventually comes out.

I've been playing The Sims games since the first one. About once a year, I'll play it obsessively for a week and then forget about it. I've spent entire weekends playing The Sims before, only taking breaks for meals and sleep. Sometimes when real life gets really hard, I'll make a perfect life and live vicariously through my Sims. It's probably not the healthiest way to cope, but it works.

I keep wanting to play the sims again, but then remember I'll have to allocate a lot of space and delete stuff to make room for the game itself plus all the thousands of custom content I need. :blob_no:
