Once got my post deleted but didn't get any notification

I was searching through the rules since I was worried whether things related to religion were forbidden (yes it was), but I found:
Violators of the forum rules will be given warning points (WP) and possibly have their post deleted. There are no "verbal warnings." Warnings points will serve as their name suggests, a warning. Warning points can accumulate into a ban.

User can't view warning points, but a notification will be given every time the user receives warning points. Duration of bans varies, depending on warning points accumulated.

I once got my post accusing someone of being an alt deleted, but there was no notification iirc. Is it a special scenario where I didn't get a WP if I don't get any notifs?

How does one view their warning points?
You can't, that's the point.
Warning points are there for moderators to see how many offenses you've committed and ban you if you've done too many, they don't allow users themselves to see them because people abuse it and keep posting offensive stuff until they're at the limit without going over.
So if people can see how many they have, it leads to MORE offensive posts.

Damn. But the bolded sentence in my message suggest we're supposed to be getting one (it's on the forum rules thread)

There is a level in between getting your post deleted and getting points afaik. Not everything that a mod removes is worthy of getting a black mark on your history.

Ooh, so when mods see us, they actually see red flags around us?
Now I'm curious

Well the rules say a bunch of things...I don't think this community is that moderated. Most mods haven't even been online for years. I think AI does most moderation now.
