Reporting is the way to go. Posting Reviews is not viable because authors can remove Reviews. The author will just delete any comments/reviews that he doesn't like.

I've also written a review with my troll account and reported it. Still, you should go down both routes. Use the DMCA mail, but still join the Webnovel Discord (inkstone) and talk to the mods.

You might hate Webnovel... but I'd suggest uploading your story there as well. You have a very successful and, by the looks of it, well-written fanfic.

Upload it to Webnovel just so others don't steal it.... Usually, even those cockroaches bother to look if it's already uploaded there.

This absolute filthy cockroach in question also uses stolen art with visible watermarks that are NSFW to boot on his Ko-fi.

Nobody gives a shit about rules anymore. Neither Patreon nor Ko-fi. They not only accept, but THEY WELCOME stolen content. As long as people visit their site and pay, they do not care.
