Readers are Hiding From Authors

I'll do the easy thing and condemn the practice of following readers home to demand comments.
There seem to be more polite and efficient ways to solicit comments.

There are also methods less likely to result in restraining orders.

Or so I've heard.

Hmm, i see what all are getting at, as long as there are some who actually read my stories, i can sleep a happy dragon and respect their privacy

Mhhh, I have never been stalked for my reading. Guess I was lucky then.

I do interact with my own readers by responding to their comments and it's been working fine thus so far ^^ Didn't even know that this stalking was an actual thing.
I mean, it's kind off...contraproductive.

Depends. Are they BETA readers or just Readers? Did they sign contracts?
