Why do you think the site mentions in its terms of use that they are allowed to erase a story without prior notice or warning and without giving some justification, opportunity to make changes or opportunity to appeal?

It's okay, you can just say you're upset that a lot of machine translated slop works, ai or not you enjoyed were deleted because they're banned on this site.

Or stories that were fanfictions being monetized via patreon or w/e,
which is an actual crime to profit off work that's not yours, that you don't have the rights to in any capacity.

I'm pretty sure that she meant that literally. "W/e" means "whatever".
Also, since I did look at your story - I don't know which one you are referring to, because I only know of one in the first place - I can tell you that the chapters without actual content were against the rules. I knew this, but I didn't report it, because I wasn't sure, since there was story there, just some chapters with bullshit in it. But it would be the first thing to come to mind.
Since I didn't really read the chapter, it could have been something else, but I wouldn't know in that case.
This is a little snippet from the content guidelines, displaying what I mean, and accessible via the main site, and something you should have read before posting:

If you or anyone submits a story that isn't yours and you translate it with robots like Gemini or ChatGpt, that isn't allowed.
If you or anyone submits a story that is translated by a robot, but is your own work, that's generally fine.

I did not insinuate Tony will delete and steal people's work.
I did, however, say Tony can do whatever he wants with his website and enforce any rules he wants.

But any stories that are being deleted, are because they fall under illegal translations, fully ai generated content, content with more than 50% smut or erotic content that essentially becomes porn, or fanfiction that is being monetized which is a crime.

It's just sometimes people say "whatever" out of laziness (which I'm not saying was your case or was it?) or whatever (). I was just asking for more details, you see?
