Unable to add signature

I keep receiving this message. Anyone else dealing with the same problem?

And yes, I get this message when adding a simple text or image. Whatever I do, it won't work.

You'll need to be active in a few threads before you can customize too much. Helps deal with bots.

Agreed, Come up with some random though relevant forum topics or reply to some. I don't know the exact metric, but it shouldn't be too high.
