Crimson Desert Releasing In One Week

They added real storage at the base today and supposedly made the controls less janky. Give it up for (I can't remember if this is patch 5 or patch 6) the most recent patch:

This has been my most anticipated game for the past couple years, and it's finally coming out next Thursday! Somebody pinch me to make sure I'm not dreaming, and bring a mallet just in case I am.

From what ive seen it looks like a fun sandbox. If there was a character creator itd be an insta buy for me

I'm having a great time with it. I've actually decided to make myself put it down for a week or so. I've been playing it so much that I'm at risk of burning myself out on it.

That is a mood. One of the biggest reasons I don't want it is lack of character creation. That and price.

If you like "Legend of Zelda" puzzles, Red Dead Redemption 2 exploration, and Dragon's Dogma combat, then you'll like this one.

I really liked both dragons dogmas. So jank. Yet so fun. Maybe I should check it out and some point

The climbing and gliding mechanics make it feel like Breath of the Wild with The Witcher 3's graphics and worldbuilding. Or maybe Tears of the Kingdom is a better comparison since it has sky islands you can explore and then dive back down to earth from. Also, they just released a patch that reduces the stamina cost for gliding. Before, it felt like you could only glide for maybe fifteen or twenty feet, but now you can actually go a pretty long ways.
