are there any issues uploading a new book cover image?

It takes some time to be approved. I cannot tell you anything about that "bug", though.

If you mean the newest bug report, then I got to tell you that that person didn’t wait 24h before re-uploading again. I’d assume the new request got to the end of the queue each time they did it.

so you are saying... if I submit a new cover image, just let it go... otherwise, there's no bug?
