You could get that other 20% by following up the stretches with exercise (I'm too lazy to do jumping jacks and/or crunches just after waking up) or with cold showers (I don't like suffering; I keep my water in boiling lobster mode).First time hearing it, I'll give it a go and see how it is.
Edit: @Anonjohn20 not bad it got me to 80%, even a little warm now well except for the fingers and that.
I don't think I could live without hot showers too. As for exercise maybe another time, already moving around now.You could get that other 20% by following up the stretches with exercise (I'm too lazy to do jumping jacks and/or crunches just after waking up) or with cold showers (I don't like suffering; I keep my water in boiling lobster mode).
Indeed! How can you be certain that your clean if you aren’t as red as a lobster by the time your done-nyah!(I don't like suffering; I keep my water in boiling lobster mode)

Man, I've basically gone through boot camp, and if I had to choose between going back to six months of that or a cold shower, I'd take boot camp again.Well, the cold ones are supposed to be good for your health, hair, and skin; I'm just too much of a wimp to endure it for too long.
