Alright, on the main site there is a link at the bottom of the page that says Contact Us, alright? Don't get it confused with the one on this forum. Use the main site's one. First, make an appeal by stating what your story is, and be as transparent about it as possible. That will clear any misunderstandings on whether you or the report system is at fault. Second, let them know there are three profiles of you. There's something fishy going on, but I ain't sure what.

It can take time, so be patient.

Also, the site is under no obligation to explain their take-down of your work. It says so in the T&C (check the termination clause) you agreed to when you registered in this site. Tis unfair but we agreed to it.

I'm also missing two stories, so we shall see. I also haven't received a response. At least time is an illusion. In a way, the email will be responded to, and has always been responded to if it ever was. It's just a matter of perception.

Have you tried to manually access your stories? Tony won’t always respond and simply undo it. There have been precedent cases of users still lamenting in the forum when it was already restored.

Were your stories fanfictions? Did you have Pateron links or some other form of payments? Because that violates the TOS and is now being enforced.

Ignoring everything else in this thread, here is some advice that will help you after you finally leave school and enter the big world, and in general:

When asking for help and solutions, provide as much information as possible, because nobody, and I mean nobody, can read minds and be a mentalist. In case of this thread, the next time you make another, include:

Links, meaning to your profile and the story in question. A detailed description of what happened, when it happened, when you noticed the issue, and what you did before the issue showed itself. A description of the book in question, what type it was, etc., would also be good.

And finally, before making any threads blindly, kicking in the door and yelling where is muh cookies, a preliminary search is also your friend. You know, to see if others had the same issue or not, and then go from there.

But I guess that is too much to ask, as it is too much to ask to read content guidelines and rules.
