So I've been waiting for the army to call me since last year and within that time, I train everyday. But they never called so I decided to go to college first or go to work. I focused on studying for months and already accepted that I can't join the army.

Suddenly, when I already took the admission test + applied for a job, the army listed me and told me to go in 5 days. It's kinda annoying but there is no point in complaining.

Is there any way to train in 5 days?

The goal is 2 minutes pushups and sit-ups, and 3.5 KM run under 17 minutes.

I can only do 35 push-ups in 1 minute before I collapse. I can at least do 1 minute of sit-ups. Running? I've been studying so who knows?

This is hurting my head.

Boot Camp will train you. In about 10 weeks they'll "train you" into someone capable of doing the job, and then you leave boot camp to actually be trained on your job. As long as you aren't morbidly obese, you shouldn't suffer too much.

Isn't 35 in 1 minute really good already...? Also why is the goal for push ups and sit ups in minutes? shouldn't it be a certain amount within an allocated time?

As for running, you could just use Strava to see your speed, distance traveled, etc.

3,5 km in 17 minutes is

I honestly don't know. That's what they put in their infographics and there isn't much information. I don't understand the criteria here so I'll just assume I gotta do push-ups for 2 minutes straight.

Oh... that's a bit odd. You sure you're not getting scammed or something? Or is there really no other information? I'm not an army guy so I don't know the specifics, but in my country, the tests for government academies (police academy, army academy, etc.) needs you to be able to do X push ups in Y minutes, run A km within B minutes, etc.

No. I got official contact from when I passed the Written exam from the main base itself.
