Haven't Been Able To Change Novel Cover

It's been almost two months, and I've tried multiple times.

Contact the admin using "contact us" in the footer of the main page.
Explain everything properly, including what you did try and mention all errors/notifications that you saw when trying to change it.
Attach new cover, and don't forget to link your story.

I actually only thought to post here on the forum after emailing. I don't want to confuse the admin. Should I just wait on any response first?

Oh, this might be an old bug. I had to republish my novel for that cover to work. Not entirely sure what caused it to happen, but I know there was a bug report somewhere on this forum that covered it; lots of folks were talking about how to get around it because changing covers also caused some novels to not appear in the search engine.

Yes. Admin prefers email contact, as they are rarely on the forums.
So it's a faster method anyway,
