@NCKZMA for an example I would give Sara Lance from the CW Show Legends Of Tomorrow a monologue about life because she has died and came back to life and can find a way to make the best of her ups and downs in life

I've got a few. Mostly, it happens when a character is telling another her backstory. Just as you might tell a friend or lover a story about your past in real life, that's often how my protagonist reveals her backstory.

Uhn... I'm not that fond of Inner Monologues... If I were to add one, I'd add for my own Main Character in my Novel, though I'd only do that if I needed to.
