That's kind of demanding. You're not going to find writers in a self pub writer's space who want to be someone's employee. You're better off doing that on Reddit, and P.S , doing that on your own is a much better prospect. Besides, the beta reader is only necessary if you're doing full-on published work. Are you going to split your income 6 ways? Because I wouldn't.

1. If you're the writer, do you already have drafts prepared?
2. What's the planner/storyboarder doing if you're the writer? Do they give you ideas/concepts or plan the broad strokes of the story?
3. Do you have any ideas for what kind of story you're wanting to make? You specify manhua, but I'm dumb and I don't know what that means.

1. Drafts:
   Yes, I already have the core concept and early chapter drafts prepared. The opening arc, main hook, and direction of the story are already defined. I’m not starting from zero the goal is to refine and elevate what already exists, not to figure everything out from scratch.
2. Planner / Storyboarder role:
   Even though I’m the main writer, the planner/storyboarder helps with big-picture structure: arc planning, pacing, foreshadowing, power/progression systems, and long-term plot consistency. They also help spot weak points and suggest improvements so the story stays tight and engaging over many chapters.
3. Type of story / Manhua:
   By “manhua,” I mean a web-serial style story inspired by Asian web novels and comics strong progression, systems/levels or power growth, clear goals, and addictive chapter endings. Think of something that reads well as both a novel and something that could later be adapted into a comic/manhua format.
   The genre leans toward progression fantasy with high stakes, mystery elements, and strong emotional hooks.

The plan is that once the story starts generating revenue, everyone involved will receive a fair percentage based on their contribution. If the project doesn’t succeed financially, everyone will at least get compensated proportionally for the time and effort they’ve put in.
2. About the AI question: I’ve been working on this story for a long time and I’m committed to finishing it because I believe it has real potential. Right now, the story is only around 40–50% complete. AI is only used occasionally for advice and suggestions, and maybe minor guidance in chaptersit’s not fully AI-generated. The core ideas, characters, and writing are entirely my own.

Well, this isn’t so much a question as it is a statement, but Webnovel doesn't allow you to monetize on other platforms if you try monetizing on it. It does pay the best, but it also owns the rights to your story if you do monetize on it, and you won't be able to upload anywhere else without violating your contract. So, I don't recommend that one if you want a chance of getting a manhua adaptation later.
