I want to write a fanfic cause I'm bored, but I also have no time and am too lazy to come up with new race ideas. I wanted to just write something as a way to stay sane.

The idea is that in one universe, these races exist, like Viltrumites on one side, and I guess, Tamarans on the other? And then Super Skrulls somewhere else, and some more.

A battle royale, or war royale, between powerful races and empires, but their strength gap isn't that large.

And the mc in the middle of it.

Do you guys know any more races on the same level as, or just slightly more powerful than, Viltrumites?

Btw, Kryptonians or Saiyans are out of the picture because, you know... no universe busters please. Yes I know, by default, those two aren't straight up universe buster, and only unique and few characters are on that level, but I also know that Fans tend to scale the race based on their strongest member.

And people would just say, "Oh, Kryptonians would curbstomp," or "Saiyans would curbstomp." And I just don't want such a great disparity in strength. I don't want to deal with that. But If I can't find any races then I'll just have to hahah.

The artist of OPM right? Its' really cool to be honest, but I'm looking to write a fic with races from other fictions and pit them together. Titans there are a possible addition.

How about a human from the Cosmere setting, who has managed to acquire (almost) all the forms of Investiture manipulation, and has been spending time Compounding relevant combinations. We'll assume they have a large supply of all the useful metals and alloys.

on Almost: let's not deal with spiking part of one person's soul into another person's soul, alright? If they already have all other forms of investiture at max power, the power boost isn't remotely worth the cost.

It's not made by the OPM artist, the one doing Versus is a different artist, what's shared between OPM and Versus is the writer and original author, ONE. A lot of people really get confused about this, huh?

There's a panel there in Versus that straight looked like the Deep Sea king and some more. Of course a lot of people will get confused about that.

thats just ONE character designs, he's the one that draws these characters and then the mangaka adapts them, so some are bound to look similar within the style... like Toriyama's villains and monsters

He also works on multiple other projects, albeit not serials, parallel to OPM. He is an illustrator, that's his job. He also mentioned multiple times how his work on OPM got delayed because of his other commitments. So yeah, it's okay to confuse the artist of Versus with Murata.

Well, You could take something out of 40K, like the Eldar. A Wraithknight would be very powerful.

Or take something out of StarCraft. An Archon or other protoss are actually crazy powerful. Canonically, the only reason the terrans could face them was the fact that they love their guns and weapons so much they upgraded them at the cost of progress in almost all other fields. Or have Arbathur be part of a zerg hoard, quickly evolving the bodies of the zerg swarm to be more effective against these stronger people.
