Will my book cover be accepted *this* time...?

Four retries now.

I've emailed for some kind of clarification on "rejected: nsfw" and waiting on a reply.
But it can be frustrating knowing your book cover isn't "nsfw" and the admin here think it is - and I've seen quite a few other book covers here that balance the line between sfw and nsfw myself.

Well, we'll see, I guess. Just venting. ?

*vent vent vent* *steam escaping*

Alright, much better now. Time for hot tea. ?

We have prudish advertisers on Scribble Hub. This site is funded by Advertisers. They look at images and not words apparently.

No, that's what a 1940s one-piece actually looked like.
Or are you speaking of the otter in the water? *^^*
The problem might be that without the otter context, the one-piece looks more like a skin, especially in the first picture. Which would make it NSFW indeed. But that is just a guess.

I didn't think about that. I tried to cover up so much and "shape" the edits to what a typical one-piece might look like.
I wonder if I should change the color of the suit itself. ?
But if I did a red one-piece, with "Murder" in the title, the first thought will be "Oh, that's blood. Rejected!" lol

What could have helped would be a pattern over the swimsuit, rather than single plain colour. Those were popular around the 80s I think.
But hey, the important part is it was accepted :blob_cookie:

I thought about trying to put a floral Polynesian sarong on her but I couldn't find an artist offhand that could do it. You're right though. I wish there was a way to delete a thread. lol

You can never erase your shame from the internet. The internet remembers! :blob_paint:
