Absolutely. One good hit any where Is going to do damage wether blunt or piercing depending on the side. I'd rather not find out which.

There is a difference between having a hammer and threatening someone with a hammer. Anyone threatening you with a hammer, regardless of gender, is in a position to do a lot of physical damage.

Maybe... but they are fragile and difficult to use. If you are in a fight a hidden syringe is more frightening, sure. But it isn't great to safeguard against bullying, especially since it's also illegal.
