The chapter summary can be described as "a shota sustained rectal injury after having a ruler shoved up his anus and a group of rat doctors fixed him by connecting his intestines with his urethra ensuring him capable of excreting shit through his pee hole. Truly, I was a bit surprised by the creativity of that person who I could not recall the name."
