Hello I need help, I'm an author and I created a work here just to put images but for some reason this work doesn't appear if you search for the name or look in the tags.

New series are manually reviewed before they are actually put up. Usually takes a day, sometimes a bit longer.

By "just to put images", you mean there's no text? That's against the content guidelines, it's not gonna get approved if you try make it public.

Also longest record of not appearing is about 7 days, not average but the max time I've noticed, just for reference.

I know someone created a thread in the Illustrator's area that they posted nothing but graphics for their ongoing stories to - that might work if that's the intent here?

Go to another website called bato. That place is good for images, not here. I've seen some original authors went there a post their fictional graphic stories.
