I'm honestly very interested in the dream journal. Been trying lucid dreaming but it almost always never works, and when it does, it's when I'm about to wake up.?

It's a very bizarre set of experiences, Though my mind is a bit plagued with trauma so it holds unordinary amounts of structure and logic (my trauma responses.) which can make eerily deep dreamscapes

Well, a dream is literally a dive into the subconscious, so what you're informing me about is inevitable and expected.
