It is criminal,
CRIMINAL, how insanely boring it is with such a decent concept. Isekai’d individual that’s actually mixed with their new world soul, going on a journey of revenge because of what he faced as an actual child, and running into his childhood friends and love (who he thought NTR’d him, when she didn’t) who were isekai’d as well, which gives him a personality crisis and makes him balance between violent desires and old friendships?
That sound decent? WELL IT’S SHIT.
There are no human beings in it. Everyone talks and acts like a corpo, dead on his feet Japanese office worker. There are no characters. All the girls are brain dead harem members. The main character fucking SUCKS. No personality whatsoever. No existence. No thought. Just a plain piece of bread. Not even burnt or moldy. Not terrible. Just apathetically, soul-crushingly stale. It’s so dull. It’s so beyond mind fuckingly boring.
I loved it for a long time as well. Hell, I’m still using it as inspiration for my current series. But fuck my ass it betrayed me so much.
If I see a classroom isekai story my brain automatically categorizes it as irredeemable trash
