Okay my cover page keeps getting rejected citing the reason as - Your image for Phantom Voyage has been rejected. Reason: Image corrupted. Please try a .jpg file.
It is already Jpeg file. And I able to open it in all other softwares also. What the hell does it mean corrupted here. I am not able to understand. I even sent an emal regarding this but got no reply yet.
Can somebody please explain this to me?

can you upload on imgur? if not, then the file is probably the wrong format

how did you edit the image? You could try to export it again in png format

Okay, so it got approved now. I don't know what happened but anyone going through same problem here's what I did.
The image is already in jpeg format but I again converted it into a jpeg in a online converter. And now it got approved. I double checked and I dont't know what was the issue before but no problems now.
