24, I stopped uploading new chapters for more than a month after 21st chapter, now I am back and am uploading new chapters regularly

To be brutally honest with a dose of crappy humor :
if you didn't receive dozens of comments and reviews that criticized you, mocked you, told you to GTFO and bashing your series as bad or trash, then YES you are kinda "successful" hence "good".
(in the case of royalroad. and yes its a thing that can happen to some authors = bc RR is a elitist website)

It seems similar to where my novel was after posting around the same number of chapters. It was only in the last 15+ chapters (now 39) the novel started to gain ratings and readers rapidly as it got on the Rising Stars list.

Before, my views/followers ratio was similar, and it only improved over time as I posted chapters somewhat consistently. RR users are harsher raters than on SH so anything above 4 stars I think is pretty decent. My series fluctuated between rank #300 and #500 before now settling at rank ~#250. As it's a fantasy adventure romance series and not litRPG I'll never break top 100 but happy enough with where it is (top 0.5%). Picture for comparison.

I do think I have slightly higher levels of reader engagement compared to similarly sized novels both here on SH and RR so it might be a little bit of an outlier to compare to.

and @Keene Thanks, to be honest I was pretty much satisfied with that data as my expectations were really low and I was not really expecting the readers to like my work [may be a little bit yes ] but its good to know about such numbers to make a goal maybe.

Title - Unlike most RR novels with [PROGRESSION] [LITRPG] in the titles, my title is just the main character's name and says nothing about the story.

Nothing helpful I'm afraid, certainly not anything an experienced writer like yourself wouldn't be well aware of. I sort of treated RR as the secondary site and didn't give it much attention until recently, so I was pretty surprised to see it grow on there. I'm not egotistical enough to suggest that my writing prowess is in any way a core driver of the relative success of the series - I frequently encounter what I consider to be better-written novels on SH all the time and constantly find typos and mistakes in my writing that were missed for months.

On reflection - it's just luck. I've lucked into posting a series that scratches an itch that I think many people have been missing after years of litRPG domination - and hit a balance of fluff/plot/romance/worldbuilding that seems to resonate with many. I think if I had written this another time, it wouldn't have done nearly as well.

Good old (chinese) idiom : Simplicity is often the best
1) Not sure for majority but i prefer a cover without words. OR at least looks nice to eyes.
To tell bad examples :
