Who’s your protagonist’s biggest hype-man and hater respectively? How would an interaction between the two of them go?

Oh... dear. That's a really tough question to answer. You see, I have a bit of a problem writing protagonists in a conventional manner. A lot of my protagonists are written in such a way that claiming agency over their life is a part of their character development, so they start the story with very little agency.

However, there is always one thing about them. There is some... thing about what role they occupy that causes them to become the number 1 most contentious figure in their entire society. They are actually doing nothing, and the entire world is basically tearing itself apart around them just because they exist.

And so, that leaves me with the strange issue. This question is unanswerable for me because they have a few hundred glazers and haters already, none of them actually know what kind of person they are, but all of them have very strong opinions about how they should be handled. And, potential interactions between such people could go about a million different ways.

(My current series I've not released yet has a death-reset style time loop character, and a setting that makes it easy for her to admit to having the ability and also have it be believed. A character who I've built up as having supernatural wisdom has called her the single most dangerous existence on the planet, and has persuaded the US government that the manner in which she is handled is a matter of global security.)

Biggest hater? Their mom and dad. Biggest hype-man? Well, they're one dead Magical Girl. But if she was alive to interact with the protag's mom and dad, this would be one of the few people on Earth that she could find hate in her heart for. She'd probably tear into the parents verbally, and threaten them with a very big, very Pink sword.

The character does not exist yet.
One is a macho man.
Other is someone who intentially brings evil.
Both of them fought to their deaths.
Like how neutral all will be.

Well, things are in progress but for the two stories posted,

Well, in the first book ("finished" at 24 chapters plus epilogue but only at 7 or 8 posted; Diamond in the Rough); Jack Diamond's biggest glazer is probably his partner Milt, though his rival partners in the second book may push him aside. His biggest hater ... a bit tougher to answer; the two at the top of the cult in book one, with one of them eventually taking over completely at some point in the eventual future.

For Kelly (Strange Awakening), eventually they will be revealed to be the same person, but before that the enemies change frequently while her "glazers" simply grow in number, and I do not know which one will be the top when/if the big bad goes down and stops commanding both slots.
