I was looking at Tekken 8 story, I saw Heihachi, now I crave stories with similar characters. To clarfiy, I don't need stories like Isekai Ojisan, Bard Loen, Inuyashiki, or Maou retry. It's not what I'm looking for since they have different personalities. And lastly, no BL, GL, or GB(Gender Bender).

Not a novel or manga, but the first thing that comes to mind is Metal Gear Solid 4.
I would not recommend it, however, if you are not a fan of the series.

I found it , it's "WARRIOR GRANDPA AND SUPREME GRANDDAUGHTER" (raw name:-할배무사와 지존 손녀)
It has both a manhua and a novel.

Synopsis:-
Just when Liu Jinshan thought he could die without regrets, his family was annihilated! As a result, he became determined to live just so that he could see his only surviving granddaughter, Liu Seol, reach adulthood. As he struggled to raise her and train her with his aging body, Liu Seol, who was born with the talent of a supreme martial artist, grew up much faster than he thought she would. Some reviews I found:-

The art is great++, there is no big plot at play (and no I don’t consider a million chapters long revenge story a plot at play) but the small stories are nice.
It’s a little bit wholesome too.
A little annoying how ridiculous all over the place the power scaling is, and many characters have boring personalities.
6/10 - aka I recommend since it’s not a piece of shit, but not an absolute must read either.

This is enjoyable, but that is the extent of it for now.

The plot is elusive at the moment; it exists, but it progresses at a very leisurely pace to depict the development of his granddaughter. I wish the grandpa could reconstruct his body soon.

Otherwise, well... this will merely be a story of a grandpa raising his granddaughter. However, Seol will most likely engage in a conflict on her own soon. Mad Seol! :D

Even though there is not much action, many things are going on. This has excellent foreshadowing.

Since they are still hiding from the Murim Alliance, worldbuilding is virtually absent or too scant to be noteworthy.

I would say based on skimming through synopsis it is similar to Maou Retry. A dad(in this case grandpa) raises his child, with dad(grandpa) being good, kind, and so on. Are My Daughter Left the Nest and Returned an S-Rank Adventurer, or Chronicles of the Martial God's Return similar to this story?

I think the MC is a middle aged man, but he's not super confident at first though everyone sees him as the hero from the other world. (not sure who all those characters are)
