Me and a buddy decided to make beer batter and deep fry some cheese curds but we had a bunch of the batter left over and decided to deep fry a ton of other stuff too. Here is a list.

Cheese curds
Pizza slice
Bacon
A ham sandwich
Gnocchi
A hot pocket
Cookie

What's the weirdest things you have deep fried or had as a deep fried item?

Honestly Paul deep frying a cookie and a hot pocket doesn't surprise me. I don't think I have had many weird deep fried items, but I do really enjoy deep fried pickles, okra and mushrooms.

Deep fried Oreos are weird, but pretty good.

And not necessarily weird but I love deep fried pickles, it is pretty popular where I am from.

Green tomato, my boss wanted to see if it would sell.
I do come from a place where it is common to fry gizzards and liver though, so those might be weird to you.

I once deep fried an apple, not the best, but not the worst thing i have seen in this discussion, it seems relatively tame.

Is deep fried Spinach weird? Cause I love them, they're crunchy and delicious, but I rarely see anyone selling them

Those are delicious. Always had them growing up.
