No, I don't know such an app exist.
Well, as you see, it's also for players, not only for a DM. And my players are using it. Though I never was the player in D&D (be it classical meetings for tabletop sessions or online). Only the DM. I was the player in Star Wars RPG, but it were tabeltop sessions, not online.
And it kind of is weird, to isekai into a fantasy world only for you to be the DM.
Not to be the DM precisely. But to have some options, available to the DM. Your hero encounters some OP monster (for his / her current level of power), and knows, it only will lead to death. So, editing monster's statistics and special attacks / spells / etc. in real time, in order to survive and defeat the monster, even if it greatly reduces received XP (or what is used to gaining power in your specific setting), will be priceless. (I know, if it will not have some limitations, it'll start to be boring very quickly... but it's to author to apply any kind of such abilities with discretion. After all, some other suggestions are also undoubtedly broken and OP, if applied without any limitations).

So buffs and debuffs... that is cool and totally broken.

Still indulging myself:

1. Google pay: Allows seamless payment without the need of multiple/ physical currency.
2. Daily Logins from games and online shopping apps?

For spell casting:
1. A recorder, especially one that can play multiple clips at the same time for multicast.

Google translate and reverse image search.
Those are useful IRL too.

Anyway, Google Translate... certainly OP when Mages are OP had the MC create a Translate All Language spell and it become a big deal.

Reverse image search coupled with camera is basically Appraisal.

Got a lot of overlaps in ability.

Whelp, @SailusGebel accidentally made me sink into this.

Clock. Namely World Clock, Alarm, Stopwatch and Timer.

Stopwatch itself is OP because time magic (za warudo). But what can the other three do?

In fact, I think Timer and Alarm are the same thing, just that one is on the seconds while the other is dead on the dot.

One app I like using is Habitica.

It would be a system leveling up your overall effeciency. Its a to-do list app, which surprisingly is fun.
Or it could be like a strategize app, planning for the most effecient route.

1. Job seeking app: normally in RPGs people have tasks for you because you are the only one that could solve their problem and IRL if you actually do that, you either get weird looks or a broom. Also, this function clashes with the Adventurer Guild.

Finally hitting the bottom of the barrel:
1. Airplane Mode: prevents the device from sending or receiving calls and text messages. Once activated, allows invincibility at the cost of user's activity.

1. ARG stupid games that required QR codes IRL. I call this one stupid because I recalled the Play Game Quietly stupid novel.
