I am truly touched by Seaspecter's recommendation, it makes the mini Luna in my head go squeeeeeee

I did consider recommending his book, but ultimately decided against so as not to trigger any rolled up newspaper fears.

I will, though, recommend two books that I religiously follow:

Astraology, written by @LilliannaWinter . This is, I dare say, THE best trans book on SH, and holds a special place in my heart as it has healed so many of my wounds. This is the book I wish I was introduced to ScribbleHub through. It has Gods, Goddesses, Magic, A prophecy, a really adorable girl who has wolfy powers, a family broken and mended by differences in outlook, and a magic transition that I can stand behind and declare a shining example of how to handle magic transition the right way and how to weave it into the narrative. This is a highly instructional novel that deserves so many more views than it has.

The Consequences of Meeting a Dragon, by @RynnTheTired . This is a very adorable book about a kid named Thenio going through magic academy and having considerable difficulty with it because his particular magic type likes to kill anyone who has it. Fortunately there is this super adorable dragon named Iggy who is the arguable actual protagonist saving the day with cuteness and summoning a Grandmaster Enchanter onto the scene to help things out a little. It's really cute, and it has a very nice magic system to it that makes the little analyst brain in me go wheeeeee whirrrrr.

(I do have an honorable mention in mind if you're interested.)
