I used to use Azgaar and it's amazing! I think it should be fine since the site isn't malicious or anything, or if Smashwords disallows external links. If anything, you're helping people find a really and I mean really helpful tool for map creation.

I use Inkarnate Freemium for my map needs, along with Photoshop. Both works great with a graphic pen tablet connected.
