First image felt like someone is looming on the horizon, waiting, lurking. That's what I feel in one look.

This second image felt like the horror is over something. Fits if your premise is like a horror over a city or a community.

The third image felt like a scary boss got a power-up. This fits a climactic volume of a horror story.

Maybe you can tell us the premise of the story, so we can better judge. In any case, I love the colors, and the over-all look. Those are just my opinions, maybe that can help you pick a cover for your work?

This is a bit scuffed but here is a short premise. Guy gets Isekai’d to a similar world, but the process unravels his soul. To heal his soul he has to bind it to something… A ritual to summon, one to curse, one to bless, is it the gods or something else? The story is basically about finding and suppressing supernatural events, while trying to survive in a new world.

It's the first one for me.
It looks like a vague humanoid outline looming two other vague outlines of people. Then 3 looks like less impactful version of 1 to me, while 2 looks more like a retarded tree.

Prolly an unpopular opinion, but from your premise, I'd recommend Image 2.

Mysterious and moving, as your MC wil be adventuring while dealing with horrors.

If you want my honest opinion all three interesting but none of them are eye catching which is what you really need.

Try cropping to make it fit into the rule of thirds (eye is never drawn into the center, divide the piece into thirds either vertically or horizontally). Especially for the SH thumbnail dimensions.

The dildos look biggest in the third picture, so I'd go with that one.
