On Firefox, you can hit Ctrl+ and ctrl- to adjust the font size of any site.

Try a thesaurus.
Or do you mean the font sizes? For that, it depends on what kind of device you are using (and you might just need to switch to "Dark Mode" if you are only having trouble reading this site)

If we're talking about changing font size while reading SH, you can (on most browsers?) use Ctrl + and Ctrl - to change them to your needs (as mentioned above). However, if that doesn't work, there should be an option to zoom on your browser settings.
