The first looks like a digital attempt to copy the style of Tenniel (the guy who did the illustrations for the Illustrated Alice in Wonderland and Alices Adventures Through the Looking Glass and What She Found There) - which is a distinct form of caricature, I believe.. The second is just exaggerated caricature
