We cook our blood though. It's called "dinuguan".

If you don't like soupy blood, we have coagulated blood called "betamax".

And we also eat babies...

As a former vampire, Ai-chan can say that those vampires who won't drink blood are race traitors. They're like the white girls who suck black dicks behind their white husband's backs while crying BNWO. This is different from white girls who suck black dicks with their white husbands. Same breed, different circles.

Anyway, there are all kinds of blood for all kinds of vampires. You want sweet blood, go for O or AB negative. You want a little bit of tangy taste, go for A type. You want slightly more metallic taste, you go for B type. You want something more full-bodied, get AB positive. You want something a lot more exotic or expensive as befitting the royalty and nobility you think you are, you get one of those golden types, such as Rh-null.

Careful though, a glass of Rh-null can easily cost you almost a million dollars back in 1998. Not sure if it's cheaper now that there are Rh-null ranches or if it's more expensive now because Rh-null people die easily to covid.

Then there's also the choice of animal blood, but most normies don't like them. They congeal and become disgusting very quickly. If your blood is too thick, you can either thin it with paracetamol or with rum, or both. Blood daiquiri is da bomb!

As for Ai-chan, Ai-chan prefers B type blood. Not sure if it's because of the more ironic taste, Ai-chan just likes it better. It always makes Ai-chan's day better.

I think it depends on the setting... In a medi-fantasy setting? Vegans.

In a more modern setting where there is artificially created blood that resembles human blood enough to make it feel like blood for a vampire's needs? Then the Vampires have adapted to the conveniences of modern life, as they now no longer need to search for victims to drink blood of, as they can instead simply mail in their next batch of "blood" without even leaving the comfort of their house~
Essentially, the modern equivalent of a medi-fantasy Vegan Vampire, is a Hikikomori Vampire~

While their far sibling in Transylvania fighting against each other and being exterminated by humans, because they're forced to drink human blood due to malnutrition and bad harvest and food quality.

And as result, there's more people living in Asia compared to Europe. Because Vampire in Asia simply became mixed up with human.
