I once gave Dictatelion a fair review on his first story (I promise you it was mostly positive), and he blocked me so I couldn't review his next stories. Oh well.

I might have the unpopular opinion that shouldn't be able to block someone for their review of your work.

Because it opens up the ability to just ignore negative criticism entirely.
Creating an echo chamber that reinforces the perception that a work is received positively when the opposite is true. Silencing potential other criticism and making potential reviewers less likely to provide honest and actionable feedback.

Obviously, the ability to report a post should still be present for those who are habitually causing issues.
But having the ability to block a review doesn't help others recognize problem users.

Assuming blocking the user removes their review from your page.

Just in poor taste. That is my opinion.
