You may be thinking we already have this with the like but you are sorely mistaken. What if someone says something controversial or engaging and those who see this message use the reaction to show they're calmly waiting for the chaos that follows?

This isn't an agreement with the original post but rather a completely different reaction. There should be a way to show one's interest without cluttering the thread with comments and emoticons!

Like world peace? This reaction will bridge divides among cultures and help us achieve that goal! Don't like world peace? This reaction will create more chaos in this fallen world! No matter what side you find yourself on the argument of world peace this reaction agrees with you, or at the very least will patiently wait for someone that disagrees with you.

Please for the good (or bad) of mankind, make it happen.

AFAIK, Tony doesn’t plan to upgrade the forum in any way. Wouldn’t surprise me if Xenoforo doesn’t even have the option to add custom reactions.

Yeah, that's a shame. This is mainly in response to Envy's request so if it can't be done that's all there is to it. It's a different story if Envy's request is approved though.

I think the function probably exists for that. I doubt a plugin is needed for new reacts.

It's probably more of a thing of Tony wanting it or not.

I’ve never seen any other xenoforo based forum have any other reaction than the standard six we also have.

It's not 100% clear, but as far as I understood, the xenforo update that added the reactions also added the options to create new reactions.
