So my cheat consist of equipment slots and inventory slots for specific items.

All the misc such as water and food is use other kinds of storage.

The inventory slots are only for equipment slot items.

The equipment slots themselves are limited and each have caps on item type and item rarity.

Item type is things like armor and weapon in standard RPGs.

Rarity is common, uncommon, rare, etc.

Rarity prevents MC from hotswapping (rapidly switchint items from inventory) as when MC place a high rarity item, there is a cooldown before the item can be swapped down.

However, as time progresses, I allow MC to hotswap low rarity items as his level increases.

My concern right is that there might be an excess accumulation of low rarity items in inventory slots.

So should I put a numeric limit on the inventory slots?

Yes, you can make his inventory space increase under certain conditions, like completing quests or items etc. Or put tier slot limit, like you can only keep 100 amount of common tier items. You can also add weight to the equipment.

Yeah.

Ran my qn with CGPT and got similar results.

The question becomes how many.

Because if 100 slots for common items, would 75 slots for common iron swords use for throwing and doing a sword formation be too much? Lol.

Make that 100 slots for storing purposes only, make his equipment slot only like 10 minimal that doesn't seem to overpowered. You can make him deconstruct or sell them at a 1/4th of the original price or give you 1/7th of the original materials something like that, I guess-nya.

MC gets 25 inventory slots for free and an extra 10 for every golf ball he can shove up his ass.
Yes the old prison pocket. He needs to understand how the inventory feels to truly understand his power. To have things shoved in in constantly my god... ?
