One of the Heroes late-late in Death March was a reverse harem protagonist. I think she was still very shonen-styled, though.

If you forget the harems entirely... Ancient Magus Bride is always a good recommendation. Both leads have "strong" personalities. I haven't seen anything after the original ending, but what I did see was pretty good.
