Would it be too much to request a format for these things? Something like:

Genre(s):
Tag(s):
Working summary:
Warning (if any):

Requests: (to take note of grammar, dialogue, pacing, beta reader, etc.)

I also think we should add a
Tone:
too. I usually won't read anything with a tone that's too dark and serious, or anything that's too comedic and nonsensical.
