Company Of Heroes: Sound design and effects are THE BEST! Be it an artilery, shouting, ...goliath.

Warhammer 40k Dawn Of War: Psyker exist, "WITNESS YOUR DOOOOOOOOOOM", sound department is below COH.

Command & Conquer Tiberium Wars/Kane's Wrath: Unfortunate world building is difficult to comprehend otherwise infantry vs infantry is a sight to be hold.

Nostalgia.
Rome Total War: There is a click after all this years, so even on the hardest difficulty is the easiest with my cheese strategy.

Age Of Empire 3: There was 1 campaign that had ship building, the ai was stuck in that one island and guess what its defense was top notch, took me hours to push through and end it there!

Lord Of The Rings: Battle For Middle Earth 1/2, Rise Of The Witch King; First fantasy game ever played, new version makes campaign very difficult.

Empire Earth 3: I like to spam zombie from prophet(?) till it lags the game on my old nvidia GPU, worldbuilding is difficult to understand like C&CTW/KW. Nowadays can't play it on new GPU as the game goes buggy with visual and it crashes a lot.

Stronghold HD: This gameplay of resource is very new to me, I struck till the defense of the pig and I seriously hate that campaign, because previous knowledge is put on a task.

Beyond All Reason: An upgrade of Supreme Commander, There is 25 vs 25 player, it will start to lag at endgame where the game automatically slows down to compensate for the game function well which is impressive.

Stronghold is good. I remember I played Stronghold Crusader. Good times.

I remember I also played Tzar. I don't really remember the game though.

From the more recent titles, I've played Master of Orion and Endless Space 2. The bots are atrocious in both.

I also played Heroes of Might and Magic, all the way from I to V, and I think I once played VII at my brother's account. The first one and the second one didn't look any different, the third is THE classic, IV is when profit starts to matter too much, V is better but nothing great.

Nope not planning to, keep getting confused with empire earth that name.

HOMM1 already completed knight but that king of the hill campaign was outright impossible without luck and precise save scum, to me.
I'm quite noob to HOMM2, until then I won't play the third and beyond.

I also really enjoy watching AoE2 but can't bring myself to spend the time to grind ELO and games myself so I only play it casually every few months.

TW Medieval 2, TW Shogun 2, TW WH 1 and 2, WC3, SC, SC Brood war, AoW SM, CIV 4 and 5, HOMM 1,3,4,5,6, Earth 2160(barely remember this game), WH Dawn of War 1 and 2, Eador Genesis. King's Bounty made by Katauri, but I am not sure about this one. Wiki says The Legend is a tactical game, but Armored Princess is strategy? I played both and fundamentally it's the same game, the difference is the amount of units and skill. The Settlers: Heritage of Kings, Castle Strike, Ancient Wars: Sparta, Ascension to the Throne, Fantasy Wars is the same as King's Bounty. The first game is tactical game, the second is strategy, but both are the same. Nobunaga's Ambition: Sphere of Influence, Takeda, Disciples 1 and 2. There were more, but I can't rememeber them. Some are on disks, but I'm too lazy to look through them.

No, my standards are pretty high unfortunately so most rts cancels out.
Fun, simplicity, creativity, genuine, darkness and light. I don't want to talk about it.
