Do you ever have that empty feeling inside when you realize that the author of a novel has started to slow down releases?

I do miss updating my story, but I think my readers probably have more postpartum depression than I do.

Honestly, I wish I could update my novels daily, and I would if I could make a living as an author. But almost all of us here are hobbyists, and we write what we want when we feel inspired to write it. Unfortunately, real life gets in the way and there's only so much time in a day that can be dedicated to writing once the excitement over a new project has cooled a bit.

The readers' points of views, I can understand. But, we authors also have a hard time, right?

Hahaha. *Sad laughter* Yes, they/we do. Haven't actually read your story though. Just all stories in general.
