There are some sites for French novels. And if you want to publish on English sites for a larger audience, I suggest you do more effort than just "Google Translate." Do the translation yourself, and use a corrector to help you if you aren't confident enough with your English. You can use Grammarly, the free version, or the paid version, which is better. You can also use Chatgpt, but it won't be perfect.

ps (half joke half truth) : I guess they didnt bribe enough like china did in 2020 (BIG COINCIDENCE-CORONA!!!!) that made GLT had a SPIKE in quality for CN -> EN (jp didnt get it too despite more popular language to westerners + google has history of bribes bf)

If you're asking about Scribble Hub specifically, then it is an English-only site; as far as I know, stories in other languages will be removed. If you want any popularity you should either publish on different sites or put more effort into translation. Google translate without revision is pretty bad, and most people will just drop your story since the quality on Scribble is generally expected to be higher.

You should try to research a bit more, sure, in term of audience, those sites can't compare to, but you have some that are free.
