Very simple! There is a poor cabbage farmer selling his cabbages in a shantytown on the outskirts of a metropolis.
He has taken out loans to the local gang and has not paid them in a while.
While he cowers in fear, write dialogue of the most NPC gangs you've got.

“Oi! What I’d tell you about mission’ them there payments?”

“sirs! Please! I haven’t even had time to sell my cabbages, I just picked them all-“

“I ain’t got time to listen to your rambling, old man!” The thug grabs a cabbage, tossing it to the ground. “Guess you’ll have to find the time to pick ‘em all up again. They’ll be easy to reach when you’re on your knees, beggin’ for mercy from yours truly.”

The old man stumbles to his knees, frail body quaking with fear.

The head thug, watching from the back, sniggers at his actions. He juts his chin out to the thug in charge of “speaking” with the old man.

“Heh, heh, heh. Looks like Boss thinks ya need a better reminder of what we do with debters round these parts.” The other members of the gang whistle and holler that.

The talkative thug places a hand on the old cabbage man’s shoulder. Glowering he says, “You’ll remember this lesson in your bones, old guy.”

*gets drop kicked by hero team*

The poor farmer is being threatened by the evil gang members. What shall you do?​

Gang Leader: "Stop right there, criminal scum!"

Farmer: "Ain't you the bandits that loaned me money?"

Number One looks towards his boss, and whispers in his ear.

Gang Member One: "Ye, ain't we the criminals?"

Leader: "Shut it, One!"

Two: "He's right, ya know?"

Leader: "I am the leader of this operation..."

The leader looks back at the farmer.

Leader: "We are going to take all of your cabbages! This is compensation!"

The farmer looks at the leader, exasperated. Are these guys really bandits?

Leader: "Don't look at us like that! Here, we will give you another loan if you pretend to be scared, while we make off with your cabbages..."

The farmer sighs, but he could really use the money...He nods his head as he starts to quiver in his boots. The leader drops a bag of coins on the ground. The three gang members start to pick up as many cabbages as they can carry in their shirts. The farmer screams!

Farmer: "Guards! Please, someone help me!"

And that is how the local gang became known as: The Three Numpties.

"I... I can't pay... not yet! But... but I will! I just need a little more time!"

"Time has come and gone!" *flips the flimsy stand, kicking the cabbages away while four guys surround the man "It is time to pay up!"

"I have nothing on me!" He screams, emptying his pockets to show it.

"Too late! Prepare yourself!"

"Don't you see my condition?
The fiction - is gonna run it again
Can't you see now illusions?
Right into your mind!"

And with that ancient incantation, the gang only heard the screeching of tires, and the man was gone, leaving behind only an echo:

Higher on the street
And I know it's my time to go

It's so hard when I try to be me, woah!"
