once you get into it and it gets going, there's actually a lot of slice of life all through it to keep it a coherent novel. I suppose if I have to, I'll just scrub this first volume and just post up volume 2 and 3. which is the erotics smoothly turning into noir and into a heavy dark gritty noir.
i actually renamed it "volume zero" because I had to split it off on WP. I languished with the entire trilogy on WP for a long time, then I picked up one "engaged reader". They read the whole thing over a period of several days (first volume, this one) they clearly enjoyed it. Then? I got reported and they removed it. leaving volumes two and three behind.
I guess in the end, I *might* have to go with just the second and third volumes and maybe I can put this gem on patreon only as the big bonus. Or KU, I suppose. I just need some readers to point at it or theres no point in going KU with no presence beforehand.
its actually a revenge dark noir, taken across all three volumes. The "hook" was supposed to be the erotica first volume, then why not stay as it turns into noir then dark noir. It kicks off a whole series, though later volumes have progressively less sexual content, until the final three are actually traditional paperback noir pulps.
sorry about the format. I'm forced to call a document a "chapter". But I wrote the thing in "sections", not traditional chapters. I admit I have tyo break it up into probably thirty "chapters". but it wasn't written with a hook and a cliff every 2k of words.
thing is, people like to read BDSM action. I wondered why there wasn't a big one, with some production values.
the action ramps up steadily, as long as it goes on in this volume. the slice of life keeps it coherent.
This clearly isn't AI. Though it might still go against the rules, as it's solely focused on S/M and sex. Wasn't there a rule that only stories with a certain amount of plot are allowed (like a maximum of half of your chapters are allowed to contain NSFW content?
Anyway, as someone who actually likes Femdom, I hope your story succeeds, but you might want to make sure you are not breaking any rules.

my idea, was this. There's all these short BDSM explicit stories. 1k or a couple k words at most. Most aren't terribly well written. there's zero plot. its the literary equivalent of a free porn clip on the internet. I thought, imagine this. a porn clip, but its a whole two hour movie. Big budget, big name sound track, a list actors... the works. I know, you'll never see this. Can't do it on the silver screen. BUT... I can do it? In print! Which is what the first volume is. A big budget erotica, basically. I use that as the "hook", to get them to continue into the next 2 volumes. Where they still get their fix for erotica, but it gradually goes down until its almost all serious heavy plot and a dark noir.
I mean, I could show you a chapter out of the third volume? It reads like any hardboil noir detective novel.
