New Novel didn't get published (/rejected) after 24 hours.

I posted a new novel named, Transmigration: Rise of new Futa King.

Almost 24 hours passed it didn't get published or rejected (as it is a smut novel). There was no views. At first I thought no one clicked on it. But now that I published the second chapter, I found the second chapter didn't even appeared on the first page.

Is there any problem?

The approval review is done manually by one person. Maybe Tony is busy. To be on the safe side contact [email protected].

@Tony Can you check the problem. I resubmitted the novel, and three days had passed. It isn't published yet.
