It'll be fine. They'll just put a crown on it. Well that really depends on how big it is, but for me the grinded it down a little then put it acorwn on it. Haven't had a problem since.

Depending on the size and position of the chip crowns are so over priced, these days you can just get them to use the stuff for fillings to do a small rebuild.

That sucks. my kid chipped my tooth by standing up suddenly while my chin was over his head. It was about the size of a grain of sand, but still disconcerting.
