Blue Exorcist, Noragami, Black Butler, D-Gray Man, Blood-C are all written by women.

So was Inuyasha and Full Metal Alchemist for what matters

The biggest most famous one, known to the world, even known to China "otakus" and praised of its quality as "the female author details on the well done chara psychology" in CNs/FanFics

Fullmetal alchemist

(oops, was monthly shounen my bad)
It was serialized in Square Enix's shōnen manga anthology magazine Monthly Shōnen Gangan between July 2001 and June 2010; the publisher later collected the individual chapters in 27 tankōbon volumes.

I have already started reading D-Gray Man and I have finished watched the anime for Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, but I will check out the rest of the manga that you have recommended to me.
Old or new?
I do not mind whether the manga is old or new.

Koe no Katachi, Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches, Strawberry 100%. If I'm not mistaken all of them were in Weekly Shonen Magazine or Weekly Shonen Jump.

D-gray man had the anime adaptation if you are not in mood for manga
